RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

Our Promise to You

RE-JUV, LLC provides scientifically advanced, natural formulations that are developed to provide safe, natural skin care products to provide anti-aging benefits for healthy skin and youthful appearance.  Significant benefits are usually noticed within the first two to 4 weeks of using most products.  This may vary and transformation can take time in some individuals.

Our Guarantee & Refunds

We are committed to the highest quality for the RE-JUV, LLC product line, and we stand behind all products with a “30-day” money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with a RE-JUV skin care product for any reason you can return the bottle or container within “30 days” of purchase and you will receive a FULL REFUND (less shipping and handling if applicable).

In the event that you want to return your product for any reason within the first 30 days, contact our Customer Service Department by email at support@rejuvskinmd.com, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm CST.

Refunds

To ensure proper credit, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number and return the unused product or empty bottle. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment when the order was purchased, within a certain amount of days for the full product price (less shipping & handling if applicable).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to support@rejuvskinmd.com or call 1-877-930-9360 for authorization and return instructions. *Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.
